ILPRA (ILP:MI), an innovative SME active in the packaging industry with a wide range of machines and technological solutions for packaging food, cosmetic, and medical products, has expanded its portfolio of inline heat sealers with the FoodPack Hyper series.
FoodPack Hyper, a new solution resulting from continuous research and development, enables the packaging and sealing of a wide variety of food and non-food products in preformed trays by sealing, vacuum, protective atmosphere or skin. All the main movements are mechanical and driven by the innovative Brushless drives, which ensure significant energy savings. The model combines very high production capacities and total accessibility to the various machine components, which are adjustable via touch screens. The strong digitization of the entire line allows it to remain at the customer’s side continuously even remotely, guaranteeing precision, speed of execution, reduced maintenance and no consumption of compressed air, with a constant inflow of trays.
