Maurizio Bertocco

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer born in Vigevano (PV) on 11 January 1958. After obtaining a diploma in Accountancy in 1977 at the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale ‘Luigi Casale’ in Vigevano, he joined the Issuer's staff in 1980 and, after eight years of experience as sales manager for Italy and abroad, he became Sole Director of Ilpra S.r.l. (later transformed into a S.p.A. in 2003), still holding the same position today.
